  : The location is great. Just 200 Metre from Vitosha. Despite the building is old the apartment is renewed especially the shower is great. The apartment is small but has everything you need.

  : I had stayed in this property three times two years ago and I liked the location and the decor. Also I had only pleasant experience with the owners (I communicated with two men). So, this time I even didn't look for other options. The decor is still nice and the flat looks great! However, there were things that made my stay very unpleasant.
  : The cleanliness and the communication with the owner were far below my expectations. First, the cleanliness was far below expected. The appartment charges for cleaning, so I expected the place to be spotless. However, I found a packaging from a used condom lying in the bathroom - gross!!! Also, the place had a very unpleasant smell. The couch stank of cigarettes. Also, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell of a cheap home perfume. It was so unbearable that it caused severe allergic reaction; I had to hide the home perfume in the bathroom cabinet. Second, the woman who I communicated with didn't really speak good English, so it was hard for me to communicate with her and get answers to some of my questions.
