  : I was offered a different room than the one I booked. Then the hotel receptionist could not do anything about it and I had to spend hours talking to the booking.com staff without any resolution offered.

  : - the room was clean and comfortable- the location was close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants and near the main town centre.-
  : - reception was not staffed when we arrived although we arrived within the time frame indicated in our booking.- the receptionist did not speak English and was not friendly- The room was no more than half the size of the one we booked.- There was no signage on the exterior of the buiding.and the entry was signed to the gaming area - The entry required going up a flight of stos but the exit allowed access directly to footpath level.- No direct lighting at the lift area - The drain in the shower drained very slowly, meaning that we stood in 2-3 cm of water while showering. We raised the issue, got an "I'm sorry" but the issue was not fixed.- No soap or gel in the shower area.- Only one stool in the room.- No facilities for eating - cups, plates, toaster, hot water kettle, cuttlery etc.
