  : HUGE (for the price), clean room, with an antechamber, big closet, sitting area with a nice couch, big desk. Solid, thick-walled masonry building, i.e. very quiet inside. Bed was big and comfortable. Friendly staff who tried hard to fix the problems.Parking lot in back with lots of space.
  : So many details that are essential to a hotel were just off. The hallway lights didn't work, so there was only a dim glow from what appeared to be emergency lights in the hallway. The room safe didn't work, despite my best efforts and those of the energetic and enthusiastic staff. There was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, with no extra. The tub had very high walls, a slippery-when-wet inside, no grab bars, and a spray shield that interfered with getting in and out. I belive that some older person is likely to break a hip trying to use that tub. Stairs, or a step ladder, and grab bars, really should be provided for that tub.Breakfast was mediocre. No fruit, one type of eggs (fried, BTW), one type of cereal (oat mix), some sausages. Certainly NOT bad ... but it was much more plain than any other I had in Bulgaria.There's a bar in the hotel ... but it was closed. The restaurant was closed, except for breakfast. The location is far from tourist sites or even daily amenities. About 15 minute walk to the closest restaurant. 10 minute walk to bus stops to get to the tourist area. 15 lev or so taxi ride to tourist area.

  : Breakfast included. It was great, rich with diversity of food . Hotel is about 30-35 min walk from old town. Easy to get directions

  : BIG clean room. Appears to be a remodeled office. There's an antechamber that looks like part of a secretary station. Bedroom huge for 2 bed hotel room, with conference area, nice couch, big desk. Good for meetings, if not for tourism.
  : Location far from sights. Hallway lights didn't work. Bathtub: high walls, no grab bar, and plexiglass spray shield in the way of getting in; broken hip for someone waiting to happen. 1/2 roll toilet paper provided. Room safe didn't work. Breakfast subpar

  : The staff was really polite and they tried to help as much as they could.
  : There were so many things not working. For instance internet on my first day. Phone not working in the room and in the bathroom.

  : The cleaning was bad. Every furniture was dusty.The breakfast was not a buffet, only on option was available. Bread backed with cheese and some meat slices.
