Disappointing
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Staff was very helpful because the access for cars to the hotel was actually closed due to a construction site. That was very nice. Otherwise my room (Nr. 406) was without any window! No bedside lamp! The shower zone was not separated from the bathroom (so of course: mess after taking a shower). Constant noise from the radiator the whole night. But anyway: breakfast lady very nice.

  : The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of original artwork in each room as well as in the common areas. It is impeccably clean, offers a stunning view from the windows, and, despite its central location, remains quiet. Once you close the windows, you can barely hear anything from outside, even the tolling of the nearby church bell.
  : The rooms are quite small, which was unexpected in a historical building. As for the breakfast, it was disappointing. There was a limited selection from predetermined options. Some of these choices required 5-7 minutes of preparation time. So, if four people ordered the same item, the last person would receive their meal 30 minutes after the first. Additionally, I would suggest offering real butter instead of imitation products. Honestly, it might be better if you didn't offer breakfast at all.

  : The beds were super comfortable, the hotel is very central. Good friendly people at reception.
  : It is a bit pricy, especially the rooms with no windows. They can be at a more discounted price.

  : Great location, very clean throughout the hotel. Lovely view of the water fountains. The staff would use translators to communicate which was very helpful. Would stay here again.
