  : The landscapes and the vibe in general are very pleasant. Decent breakfast. Geti restaurant is an experience.Room was huge with high selling.
  : It is absurd to pay 250 euro a night in a resort and be expected to pay extra for the beach,which is private to the resort. This is the only reason I would not come back.

  : Location right next to the Black Sea. The scenery with beautiful beaches and golf courses. Geti Restaurant food and serving was top-notch. Staff were very helpful.
  : Rooms could be cleaned a little thoroughly. There were big cobwebs and a large spider on one window that is a little high to reach for the cleaning staff, but still, unacceptable for a 5 star resort. There were also small ants on the floor. The air conditioner in the room was making an annoying sound that we couldn't leave it on at night.

  : Have booked a 3 weeks stay, for 2 rooms. I've been here actually many times. The view is absolutely beautiful, Argata beach is very nice and not too crowded, food is good. However, recent changes put me through an extremely unpleasant experience which speaks about the mindset of the staff, had to do some driving outside Bulgaria one morning and asked for a boxed breakfast and got a blunt no. Basically the "new rules" from the management are that you can't take food outside the restaurant, so they can't give me a lunched breakfast. This never happened to me in over 20 years of travel. I usually stay with 5 stars hotel, but even with the 4 stars this never happened. There's other small unpleasant stuff like the beds, the cleaning which is very superficial and incomplete, and others, but they're minor to how humiliating it feels when someone tells you you can't take any breakfast, especially after being a loyal customer for so many years.

  : The location of the hotel is very good. The golf course is very good. The hotel beach is good.
  : The offer on booking is incorrect because I booked the offer in which I was supposed to have a view of the sea and in fact I had a view of some roofs from other buildings that were in front of the balcony. When I asked at the reception to change my room answer that they no longer have rooms with a sea view and that I should have called the reception directly in advance to request this. It is an absolutely unacceptable attitude for a hotel that respects itself. So a simple conclusion: don't believe the offer on booking and if you want to get a certain thing that you are waiting for, you have to call the hotel directly because it seems that they treat these customers in a different way. The shuttle service for the beach is very badly organized, you can't order the transfer and they don't have a sufficient rhythm to sustain at the times when most people leave the beach or come to the beach, the wait is very long exceeding 30 minutes for a trip of 5-6 minutes.
