  : It is a really nice hotel, very big rooms, amazing location you are in the forest but at the same time at the beach. food was amazing big variety, very close to the beach, the bar provides variety of drinks and coctails
  : There was a smell of sewage in the room which was very bad. Outdoor areas for instance some water fountains were not working, the water slide which you also can use was badly maintain and only 4 slides were working. The path walking to the beach was not maintained but this was part bit of the hotel of the complex

  : Unfortunately the Hotel was not as described. Our stay was very disappointing to the point we left two days early! Firstly our rooms were never cleaned so we had to call reception to have it cleaned. We also had to call reception for other reasons and every time they said they would bring someone up, no one ever came so we had to call again until they came! And the Wi-Fi was disappointing, no Wi-Fi anywhere only in the buffet and reception.We also came to the Hotel expecting a Italian Restaurant and a sufficient buffet as described yet we were fooled. The Italian Restaurant was unfortunately shut and the only way we knew about this was by asking reception as there were no prior warnings. Then with the buffet there was very little seating so we had to be the first ones there otherwise you would have to wait until a table was free for a buffet! The food was also not up to expectations for a five star as somehow it was cold. Then the bars! Only one outside bar was open and all the others ones inside were shut. We only saw them use one inside bar on the last day as it was raining.Along with the Aqua Park it was completely dried up, closed off from the hotel even though the hotel had included a Aqua Park with its description so it was disappointing for my children. We had to suffice with a small pool as the beach was already crowded and filled. As for the Spa there was no one in sight to assistant us and it didnt work.
