  : The staff was kind and polite, willing to help.It was clean.The breakfasts was nice.
  : The air conditioning was broke and we couldn't turn it on. We had to call reception but there was no number mentioned nowhere. So we should walk down to reach the staff.The elevator is only one and very slow for this huge hotel and we shoul wait way too long to get on it every time. Especially in the mornings when everyone is going to breakfast.Very small parking for the facility. One of the evenings we should drive around the block in orger to find the place to park the car.

  : Location, view, price. Breakfast was okay.
  : The smell of cigarettes everywhere, even in the room. Bathroom was very run down and when you shower, the floor floods.

  : Awesome place to stay in Burgas, very clean, good location, close to everything by walk or you can simply take the public transportation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with variety of fresh food, fruits and Bulgarian breakfast delicatessen. Price is very reasonable. Recommended
  : The room does not have a window, sometimes the air circulation is inefficient. The AC is the central so you can adjust but sometimes it is not efficient.
