  : The lady in the dining area was very very nice, and dining area and the food were excelent. Enough space in our room. Generally the stuff was nice, and helpfull a lot. The common area is comfy and warm.

  : We loved the food and were very pleasantly surprised. The price of the stay was really quite cheap, so we were not expecting the food to be as good as it was. The hotel feels really cosy and there is plenty of places to sit and the rooms are clean and showers are good.
  : The only negatives really are the matrassen as they are quite bad and the thin walls as you can hear everything next door.

  : I was only there for one night and I think I got a special deal so it seemed very good value for money... Gorgeous traditional local style interiors with lot's of wood and cozy details Apartment on top floor, brilliantly spacious with large lounge area and two sofas around a fireplace Large bed, comfy mattress and details Breakfast and dinner included Quiet location in the bottom end of the resort, among trees Excellent bathroom and seperate toilet Breakfast quite basic quality but ample and plenty of protein!
  : No curtains in the bedroom, although windows were smallish and high up so maybe that is why Would be quite a trek with skis or snowboard if you don't have a car or lift... prob 20 mins and quite uphill.

  : I wasn't expecting much for the bargain price we got, but I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the food was.Good variety, offering local Bulgarian food, as well as food more familiar to British tourists.The staff were always helpful, and they even offered to make us an early breakfast before our departure to the airport. Stellar service.
  : It was probably a little bit of a walk away from the slopes (15 minutes), but we found it worth it for the price and food we got.The room was lovely, just unfortunately no bed (it was a sofa bed) and we had to cross the hall for our toilet/shower room. Small inconvenience really, otherwise it was lovely, a very spacious room.
