: The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is small, family place, very cosy, well-maintained and clean. It has restaurant with good breakfast, which costs extra, but is worth it. Having it non-included in price is actually good because our room had a kitchenette (kettle, microwave, dishes) so we used it the other day to make own breakfast. Nice mountain view. Modern large bathroom with hot shower and good water pressure. Very warm! maybe too warm to my taste. Spacious room, enough furniture. Enough parking on a street nearby even at X-mas season. Overall - very nice stay for not a lot of money even in a season.
: Minor: 4th floor, no lift, lots of bags. Well that was 'penthouse'. Other rooms are probably more accessible. Strange pillows, may need replacement. The bed was squeaky :) so maybe some fixing is needed here.

: We stayed for 3 nights and had a very good time. The room was nice, served its purpose. Outdoor area was lovely, breakfasts tasty enough, and the owner was very friendly, polite and helpful, always tried to make us feel comfortable and wanted. The location is a bit off which was just what we wanted - easy car access to leave Bansko while still close enough to walk to the town center. Excellent value. If I'll ever visit Bansko again I will likely come back here.
