  : I booked a room with a washing machine, but it was not there, nor was there a hairdryer. There is a kitchen, but there was not a single pot in the room, wifi works very poorly.

  : The apartment is located in a complex which, during summer, was almost empty, but for us was ok, just a one-night stay in transit. It consists of a living room-kitchen area (fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, dishwasher etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and a small bedroom. The terrace has a nice view towards the mountains. The whole complex has controlled access, parking was available in front of the building and we easily found a place (probably since there is not a high season in Bansko, during ski season it will be extremely hard to find a spot).
  : When we arrived, the apartments were not ready (missing bed sheets, power was cut off etc.), the reception was closed and took about 1h30m to get the rooms ready. It was even more annoying since we spoke during the day with the host announcing the time we will arrive. The sofa in the living room wasn't too comfy, could hardly accommodate 2 children (young teenagers). But, upon our leaving, the host offered us a discount to compensate for the disconfort.
