  : Room was quite dark and there was unpleasent smell we couldn't get rid off.
  : Nice complex in Bulgarian style. Very good breakfast. Very good location near to restaurants and attractions.

  : Nice Hotel, when we arrived lots of buses with tourists. Room was small but OK. Diner in restaurant was noisy with live music. Breakfast simple and standard coffee was bad. For good coffe we had to pay.

  : They had parking, sort of... and no bed bugs!
  : We meet in Arbanasi with some friends 2 3 times a year. Some of my friends frequently stay in Izvora or Izvora 2 and I've heard good feedbback. I decided to try something new and it was slightly cheaper than Sevastokrator, where I usually stay, 13 leva to be exact. I'm very happy with Sevastokrator and expected similar service, especially for the price. To save 13 leva I overpaid at least 80 leva for a room. There was spider webs over my bed and dust in the room. The carpets were unvacumed. There was mold on the shower and the shower curtain in the bathroom. When you pay this price your first reaction when you enter a room should not be "Dear God, I hope they don't have bed bugs!". I hoped at least the breakfast would compensate it but I can safely say I've never seen breakfast this poor in any hotel I've stayed, no matter the price. The best thing about the breakfast was the toast that you could make, on 1 of 2 broken toasters if you had the patience to turn them on. If my family was traveling with me, which they usually do, I would have changed hotel, but I checked in late and I needed to go to the meeting so I decided to use the room regardless. I reported all of this to reception when I was checking out, they sort of apologized. I might have overheard that this isn't the first time this has happened.
