  : Location was good, walking distance from the nearest station. I used this hotel for visiting my friend. the room I stayed was spacious (bigger than I saw on the photos on the website). also their online services (online check in and check out) made my stay easier!

  : The room was comfortable and large and very quiet. Breakfast was decent but should start earlier.
  : The climate control was slow to respond. The lighting in the room was horrible. Not enough lights and not bright enough. The safe was not working and there was no one on duty on the weekend who could fix it. So I had to keep taking my valuables to the car. A real inconvenience. The reception desk is not manned round the clock and then very sporadically, so response to the needs of the guests is sadly lacking.

  : Do you want to pay for a sleepless night? Book a room in hotel Eburon! You can enjoy slamming doors and disturbing passage of guests after midnight, discussion in the hallway from 4.10 am till 7.20 am, terrible music next door, And the annoying sound of rain on the roof (third floor). Average breakfast (some essentials are missing), the buffet area is too small, noisy and crowded breakfast area Not having the energy to visit Tongeren and fed up with noise, we drove home to get some sleep. Eburon, you ruined my wifes birthday!

  : cleanliness, very good furniture, and really liked the ambience
  : staff not properly trained to deal with international client, charged for breakfast when none was taken. emailed but never received any response or refund. I paid for a group, but when one of the visitors arrived, his credit card was again charged for a room already paid for. not clear if this has been refunded. finally one of the group arrived late, no staff on the front desk to deal or assist them check in. we had to make frantic calls to every number available until finally someone was able to remotely check the person in. overall i think the hotel is great and had good facilities, but the staff need proper training on hospitality. i also do not understand how such a grand place cannot have someone on duty 24/7 to attend to visitors travelling from far. i am still waiting to get a refund or at least a response to my email of been over charged. my take is if travelling make sure you get there early so you are not stranded. but overall the facility was high standard and value for money

  : Large room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Friendly receptionist, Bingo! :) freshly opened prosecco, actually cava, at the bar
  : Parking is complicated, room has no phone so ordering additional pillows becomes a major undertaking. There should be a blanket and a pillow in a cupboard in every room. But of course the smartarse designers don't care about guest comfort
