  : located close to „la digue“, it offers surprisingly good glutenfree bread alternatives and the timing of the room service was perfect.
  : This hotel corresponds to a 2* level hotel in Austria, so better don‘t expect typical 4* features.The first room that was allocated came with a bathroom, where especially the tub has not been cleaned. Without discussion we got a different room.This room was happily in the other building part so it required the other lift which one was big enough to accomodate the baby pram. It is difficult to understand how the receptionist did not mention that a room was at first allocated for an adult with baby where accessibility was only possible under a lot of struggle.The second room was clean (Belgian level clean, not Austrian) but came with a deficient AC. Kudos to the extremely devotes night guard that tried hardest to make it work. A not controllable AC that only has the option 23 degrees or freezing cold is a security danger with a 4-months old baby (SIDS risk at 23 degrees vs risking to getting a cold). Regulating by open windows is an issue to a very loud neihbourhood (there must be a night club nearby).The rooms was so small that maoeuvring a stroller/pram in the room is impossible, so very difficult with a small baby.My parents‘ room came with 2 deficient lights, the rest was ok (despite the fact that the bed was not so easily accessible and didn‘t come with nightboards, which is clearly not 4* level).We left with a bad feeling as the receptionist on duty on Sunday 2nd June proved to be very children unfriendly as check-out took time as there is only one single key to get the car out of the outdoor mini-parking and it was very windy to stormy (high current in the street leading to the sea) so that waiting outside until the we got the key to open the car parking was not an option, baby cried. To calm baby low level baby music was played by phone on the only seats available some meters away from the receoption desk.

  : location was okay, close to the city centre and beach
  : No value for money. Wellness center was very small and not clean. The rooms were noisy. There was no restaurant for lunch and dinner and this was surprising for a 4star hotel. The bar was also like a lounge, where you just sit and no drink. The building looks old.

  : Big room. Big shower, good water pressure. Comfortable and clean.
  : No electrical outlets next to the bed, and the two that were available in the room were slow charging. Missing some essential toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner), there was a pool, but no robes available to walk through the hotel. Others did have robes (so don't know if it was just my room that was left out) Some staff was friendly, not all. The toiletroll was rerolled, there were holes in the middle of the paper suddenly. It wasnt bad, its just smaller issues, just not what you'd expect for that price (around 450 for 2 nights).

  : Room: No or AC was not working (summer time). We suffered at night. 1 water is provided only on the first dayThe most basic room. The swimming pool area was extremely hot. We preferred swimming at the beach. Outside was cooler. Gym equipment were not working and has no AC/ stuffy. No value for money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
