  : There are lots of problems in the apartment. Float of water in the kitchen and the living room from the dishwasher. There is no light in the bathroom. There is no toilet paper in the toilets. And I needed to clean all that by myself.

  : This property is awful.I rent out properties myself in the uk and this host should be ashamed. Loose plug sockets in most rooms, totally unsafe, dirty areas including toilet and shower. Generally just unmaintained and cared for in every area. To top it off kept our deposit. Several messages each time lying about the bank having blocked it. Just avoid!

  : no number on entrance. Bags of rubbish and broken bottles on doorstep. light did not work in entrance so had to use phone torches main bed slat broken so big dip to sleep in. no microvave as advertised. spilt cereal in cupboards. big cobwebs in lounge. shower curtain old and dirty. furnishings tired and stained. wifi router broken so no wifi or tv.

  : I wish to complain in the strongest terms about the accommodation Okkernootsteeg 11, Gent Sep 12-15, 2023: Level of cleanliness: The apartment was appallingly filthy - the floors, the doors, the cupboards, the mouldy shower cabin, the upholstered furniture, the rug under the table State of items: Curtains were hanging half of the curtain rod. Blinds were handing half of the curtain rod. The door of the dish washer could not open, and 98% of kitchen ware were left inside and inaccessible to us. No bin liner in the bin. Specific non-compliance with contract regarding provision of kitchen ware and toiletries: Kitchen ware at hand: only 2 coffee mugs, 3 small plates, 4 big plates Cutlery: only 2 forks, 2 bread knives Toiletries: None Communication: Despite the fact that we were in phone contact with 3 of your employees, none of our complaints were taken seriously e.g. our WhatsApp messages with photos were not even opened no technician came to repair the dish washer leaving us with no option for cooking for 3 days information of where to send our complaints and photos kept changing from one person to the next. Besides the above issues which clearly are non-compliant with the conditions of the contract, we have come to expect from other situations that utensils and products for keeping the accommodation clean and tidy had been provided e.g. washing liquid, dish towel, dish cloth, brush for the kitchen - and hand soap for toilet and wash basin - which was not the case in Okkernootsteeg 11. We are looking forward to hearing your respons. It goes without saying that we are not going to place any favourable reviews for this accommodation anywhee.

  : if you can find something you like about this property then i think there is something wrong with you
  : I drove 18 hours to arrive and receive such accommodation, I simply have no words, I'm still in shock, I thought it was a joke but when I contacted the property I understood that this is real and in such a state and mess we have to sleep for a night, not to mention the terrible smell of moldy meat
