  : Great location in the heart og Ghent, comfortable bed, clean
  : Communication prior to our stay was slow, bathroom was very small: no place to put down your stuff.

  : The hosts were very accommodating of our late arrival, the access is through the wine bar (which is lovely) but this and the steep stairs may not suit everyone. If you can manage them it adds to the charm and we were delighted with the beautiful, historic rooms!

  : Nice clean, comfy room with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you need for a night stay. Bathroom is a bit tight. There's no real good place to put your own things, but the water pressure was great and the bathroom was clean. The location is what can't be beat though. You can literally see Gravensteen Castle the minute you step out of the door.
  : Check-in was a little clunky. The listing said they offered bag drop off, but there were no clear instructions on how to do that. The entrance to the rooms is through a restaurant, which luckily the cleaning person was cleaning the restaurant when we dropped by and let us in. Also the Internet never worked. The person we talked to running the restaurant said we could login to the restaurant's Wifi (which never gave us access), but there was a password locked WiFi named Burgstraat8 and there was nothing that notified us of a password anywhere.
