  : I liked the location of the property.
  : I had booked a Deluxe King Suite through Booking.com. I got the confirmation mail with my suite no. 2 on 2nd floor of the property with the code to open. I reached the property at around 5pm. I tried for quite some time to enter the room no. 2 with the code provided and when it didn't work, I dropped a mail to the hotel. I got their response about half an hour after and I was told that I have been aloted room no. 1 on first floor which is there Standard Double Room and much smaller and with fewer facilities. They said their system shhws this room only.All this mess wasted my precious one and a half hour. I had to cancel a guided walking tour booked for 6pm.The stairs leading to the room were dirty. There were mosquitoes in the room and more over the heat didn't work the whole night. I sent a message to the Booking customer support but I have yet to get a reply. Th

  : I paid for the Hotel, when I arrived I called the number on the door of the Hotel. The man told me that all the rooms are fully booked! So I demand to get my money back please

  : There was a terrible smell in the house and the room above was very noisy. The floor is wooden and it smeems like the person is falling through the roof

  : Nothing, except maybe the location and the bed.
  : Do NOT book here! It's NOT a Hotel. It is more like a multi-use building with retail and AirBnB units. My first impression was walking into a Lebanese Restaurant lobby and there was a door with a code for self-check-in. I couldn't get in so I called the number and was told I couldn't enter until 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:45 and just wanted to drop my bags and walk around. After a back and forth, I was told to find the restaurant manager, who let me in. The room was huge and decorated in early IKEA and lack of lighting, workspace and a huge shade that did not work. (No natural light!) In the morning, there was no hot water for a much-needed shower!! They said it was getting fixed, so I asked for them to call me when it was. 5 PM and no call so I called and was told the're still working on it. Fast forward to the Next morning and still no hot water! Fast forward to 5PM the next day a STILL no hot water! The next morning (now 3 days/nights) a still no hot water!!! They have other AirBNB-type units in Ghent, so I demanded to use one to take a shower. My request was finally granted after waiting a few hours b/c my contact had to ask the owner. So I took the shower and checked out! I asked for compensation or a refund for the inconvenience of not having hot water and lack of any customer service. It is 6 weeks later and I still have heard back! Big surprise!!

  : The location is fantastic, the room is spacious, very good shower. Some like the bed, the other thought it was way too hard.
  : Unfortunately the heater didn't work, and with 11 degrees that is not acceptable.
