  : Easy reservation, room availlable while not expected. Room size is good, badroom facilities are ok. Nice receptionists, clean roomy loby
  : Communication by phone; I asked the postalcode for my navigation. The receptionist gave just a part of the postalcode (just 6220 instead of B-6220), so it took me almost 2 hours to find it, while it was only 250 meters from the spot I was phoning them! The postalcode on the adres is also not complete (6220). The name suggests it is nearby the Charleroi airport, but it is 32KM south of Charleroi, in a town called Fleurus. So i suggest the name the Ibis; Ibis Fleurus to avoid cinfusion .The warm/cold water indications on the watertap where mixed up; warm was cold and vice versa. Breakfast: The sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs where cold, the slices of bread where old and hard. The orderd pizza was not completly done and pale. The price of the pizza was too high for what you've get.

  : Nothing. Honestly terrible. No air conditioning, dirty room and honestly in the worst location ever!! Stay at the ibis budget its better placed because at least you can walk from the airport to the hotel. This hotel is 1hr 30 mins from the airport and will set you back 30-50 one way to the hotel [no shuttle]. You can only use airport taxis as Uber does not operate there.
