  : Water logging in all basins and bathroom, no toiletries evenif it is mentioned in booking.,com, pillow quality were bed and no kitchen papertowel. Staff were not paid attention to above inspite of saying multiple time. Theu only responded on last 4th day of our trip.

  : We stayed in the two bedroom appartment (505) for four nights. When we arrived the appartment had af very bad smell of sewage from the drains in both bathrooms. We tried to get in touch with Smartflats but they did not answer their chats or any of the informed phonenumbers. Therefore we had to live in the smell for our entire stay. As others also have mentioned the couch is broken - luckily we did not have to sleep on it, but is was not comforteble to sit in either. One of the windoes where broken in the hinges and could not close completely which made the appartment cold.

  : The drains were blocked and leaked, unable to properly shower because the water did not go down the drain, really disappointed

  : The only good thing about the accommodation was the location and the size - big space.
  : I never encountered a customer service this poor. - Bedroom was connected to living room via huge arch - sliding door fully broken so 0 privacy when other people sleeping in living room - after number of calls host refused to fix the door or relocate us to another room or refund for stay. Have been talking to 5 different receptionists - all of them left us on hold without any resolution. - No toiletries at all in apartment and missing pillows/bedding for sofa bed- host did not provide even after asking several times - Terrible sewage smell in bathroom - No wifi Accommodation price is comparable to hotels around the area- strongly advice to consider hotel instead.
