  : good location and staff did act to fix the electrical failure in the flat but not the elevator issue
  : The elegant flat pictured on website did not reflect the actual accommodation. Our main concern was we were given a flat on the fifth floor, the elevator was broken as were the lights on one landing and the bannister in one place. Taking our suitcases up and down a narrow wooden staircase in the dark was difficult and a massive health and safety concern. We reported this issue on arrival but it remains unresolved 4 days later. I would not advise anyone to book this dangerous accommodation until the elevator light and bannister is fixed. There were other issues too: there are no hooks or towel rails meaning that we had to hang towels on door knobs, the toilet and shower had no lock on the door and the decor was marked in several places. When the electricity failed completely on one evening I had to make three calls to the help number before it was rectified but to be fair it was rectified that night. I would advise urgent repairs to the elevator and stairs and finishing off this fifth floor apartment with towel rails, hooks, paint repair and door knobs (all really easy diy jobs) so the flat matched the quality pictured on the booking.com website.

  : The location was great. Washing machine and air conditioner
  : Weird place. Stay away. Smart is not about them. The lift was not operated. We have been given the wrong key numbers to enter the room and had to call support and wait. It was "clean" but disgusting... The shower is drained into the second bedroom - very uncomfortable. The appartment was not renewed for a long time. The doors are very old and perforated with broken locks. The floor is collapsing with terrible creaks. The street is noisy and the windows did not seal noise at all.In addition they take deposit 150 on check in process - very strange behavior - they already have booking guarantees

  : The location and the equipment in the appartement were good. And it was fairly confortable. The cleanliness was good
  : The stairs are problematic specially if you are traveling with senior people. The property helped and booked for us the second flour. However it was still problematic. The fan in the bathroom make a lot of noise

  : they never take my call, text even in emergency. worst communication I ever had with accomodation.They have a lift in this accommodation and thats why I chose here as my aunt needs wheelchair when walk. But finally lift was broken and I need to take her on my shoulders and go down the stairs by myself. The office where we can storage the luggages after check-out located 5 minutes walking distance from the flat we stay, but they gave me wrong address for that and we waited 20min there while nobody answers my phone or text. Finally they told me they provided wrong address, and we had to move to different place with many luggages and wheelchair.The flat itself is located in very center of Brussels. Easy access to station and everywhere, but very noisy in the night. The building was really old and corridor makes noise with each steps. Each time I flushed toilet, it makes crazy loud noise so that I couldn't use it during night.Never coming back here.

  : Location is excellent for bars, dining and siteseeing. Sound insulation is good from the busy streets outside. Good view from the main room balcony.
  : Layout of the flat was unusual, necessitating going through other bedrooms to access the WC or the shower, depending on which bedroom you were in. Twin bedroom was poorly equipped - nothing apart from a couple of single beds, bedding and wall lights.

  : The location of the shower was odd, it was within the bigger bedrooms. May okey for a family but a bit awkward for a group of friends. Floors where a bit creaky, and the elevator was interesting. But for an old house it was understandable.
