  : The propery is very well equiped, spacious, comfy bed, easy to enter and always absolutely clean which is a key factor these days. I love the location which is close to Jourdan and Schuman. As well the communication with Smartflats reps is perfect. Anything you need they are always at your disposal.

  : I'm truly unhappy with my stay at smartflats, the room doesn't look anything like in the pictures. The place was not properly cleaned, I had to clean the fridge and the counter before putting my own stuff in\on. There was alot of dust in the bathroom The sittingroom is cold .There is no door going to the bathroom while in the pictures their were doors. The bathtub had staines. The water was cold and the cleaning lady came to check for it and couldn't help us now I have to wait for a technician to come and fix it.... I'm paying for a room that does not have the full accomodation that is promised and is very dissapointing to see that u are scamming people with fake pictures... . It's not my first time booking a room or aparthotel and this is by far the worsed experience ever. I didn't expect to have people coming in and out of the room that I'm staying.

  : Terrible experience. We had to wait 30 minutes at the front door in the rain to get our code to access the building because after multiple phone calls & e-mail with ID photos the reservation desk had still not answered.When codes got received, we were able to enter our room...only to discover the cleaning was not done. Room was left filthy by previous visitor. Absolutely disgusting and totally not COVID safe.Immediately called the reception desk again, had to wait one hour to get a new room, with much less confort as the previous one. I would NEVER recommend your flats to any one.

  : Lack of basics: i.e. soap, a glass, a desk. Plus there was no shower and the existing whirlpool was not working properly.

  : I was very charmed by how the room was presented on the Booking.com website! It seems like a charming B&B, run by kind host who cares for his guests in a personal manner. Who provides a delicious breakfast, but...
  : Please do look at the most recent reviews before you decide to book. The location is now (since sept 2019) owned by Smartflats, and for starters does NOT provide a breakfast any more. Gone is the personal contact. I did not get a reply to the questions I asked. And a very agressive email when I asked for a refund. I can' really comment on the state of the room, because I didn't stay at the appartment. But again: please look an the most recent comments by other guests to make up your mind about staying here.

  : 1. No confirmation of the access code by mail, I had to contact some call-center in order to get it (long conversation to sort it out).2. If you stay more than 2 days ask for some extra towels.3. Heating not working even it was a little bit cold during the night.4. Cheap soap in the bathroom, only for the shower, maybe they should put some for the sink.5. No door between the bathroom and the living room....awkward, especially if you’ll go for no.2.
