Apartment is poorly maintained, would expect more for the price:* Entrance from the streets to the apartment does not lock * Black mould all over bathroom ceiling and sides * One of the rooms has a broken window (cracked glass) and no blinds - not great when the sun rises at 5am* Tired walls all through the apartment with scuffs and stains * Broken living room chairs and cabinet covers in the kitchen area * Only one fan provided (which doesnt work) Make sure to take photos upon arrival as the apartment requires a deposit for any damages. Strange request as most things are damaged already.

  : I recently booked a stay at this property, and I can only describe the experience as a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our stay was going to be a disaster.First and foremost, the property had a persisting bathroom leak issue that rendered the toilet completely unflushable. The bathroom floor was flooded with water, which appeared to be leaking from somewhere, making it not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. To make matters worse, the property was plagued by mould and dampness, creating an uncomfortable and unhealthy living environment.We immediately reached out to the host in hopes of resolving these issues, but our pleas fell on deaf ears. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received no response whatsoever. It's both frustrating and disappointing when a host shows such a blatant disregard for their guests' well-being and satisfaction.Furthermore, our interactions with two staff members on the property yielded no results either. They promised to assist but failed to follow through, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability.This experience was not only disappointing but also distressing. We were forced to seek alternative accommodation at our own expense, which significantly disrupted our travel plans and budget. This property's management, along with the host and staff's indifference to our predicament, left us deeply unsatisfied and frustrated.In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking this property. Our stay was marred by a persisting bathroom leak, a lack of cleanliness due to state of property, mould and dampness, and a complete absence of host responsiveness or staff support. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to stay.

  : Location is great. Public transportation is near as are a lot of shops and fast food restaurants. Apartment is newly renovated and clean. Very comfortable to be in. Minimalistic setup but very functional.
  : Building door lock was broken when we arrived and we managed to enter the building only after trying few dozen times. We reported a broken lock over the automated service. We got a return message that the lock will be fixed. It was't fixed during our stay so everytime we returned to the apartment we had to keep trying to enter the code until gods of electric contacts had pitty on us and gave us access. Also, building was being renovated and staircase was extremely dirty from the construction work. WiFi is very bad to non-functional.

  : 1. The dishwasher didnt work. The hatch could not be closed. 2. The stove and oven were programmed in so-called Show mode, which meant that neither of them could be started. There was also no manual to help us change the settings. After looking for a manual online, we got both the microwave and the oven working. It took us hours. 3. In general the floors were very dirty. 4. The toilet was not cleaned. There was dried urine stain on the floor in front of the toilet seat and quite a bit of urine on the china when we lifted the lid. 5. The cable TV allowed viewing of only one TV channel. No manual was available. 6. During our stay we wrote on Smartflats customer chat about the issues above, but didnt get any response at all from them. 7. After returning home, we eventually received a response and were offered a discount on our next booking with them. Worthless. We will not rent from Smartflats anymore.

Disappointing

  : On arriving at the property we found many issues such as the bin being left full of rubbish, the freezer door would not close, the dishwasher door would not close, the tv would not work and many lights also not working. Whilst not major as we were not using the appliances, the overall condition was poor and not as we expected. After contacting the owners and sending pictures we did not hear from them again and booking.com said the same. If things go wrong then at least address them instead of hiding away.

  : Its right in the city centre, walking distance to restaurants etc
  : The property didnt look quite like the pictures on booking.com. It looked modern and clean online but we saw the total opposite when we arrived. There is no elevator and the property could have been cleaner. The couch had a bad smell, the floor looked like it hadnt been mopped in years. The bathtub had stains that made it look dirty. The bathroom window looked dirty. The shower door didnt quite close properly so thered be water on the floor after every shower. The main door downstairs is broken, on our way in there was a man on the street that told us to not bother using the code as the door is broken, we should just push it. This property was not worth the money we paid, it should have been cheaper cause its not up to the standard we were expecting having paid all that money. The only good thing about this property is the location, the free wifi and the fact that its warm.
