  : Excellent location, mostly friendly staff and breakfast included
  : Room was too warm, so had to sleep with window open which invited bugs so woke up covered in bites. Beds weren't the best, TV very old with limited channels. Breakfast provided but not a great variety.

  : Good location to north train station n Starbucks. Pretty lobby. 24 hour reception and luggage storage.
  : Poor internet mostly never worked. Heating either didnt work or switched off at the main (not everyone is used to the cold even though it wasnt winter yet). First room phone didnt work, unsure if second room did. Broke out in a rash.. ??bed bugs. Staff were okay but I wouldnt go as far as being overly friendly. Very dated n grubby looking hallways especially carpets. Elevator very small with a heavy steel door once the lift doors open making you feel like youre in a coffin.Rediculously priced laundry.. 5* prices. They did at least have coffee making in room. But only gave one sachet of coffee n creamer

  : Location. Last minute urgent changes to plans after checkout. Staff were able to give further 3 nights accommodation. Left a day early.
  : Extra nights accommodation was charged at a higher rate (or lower exchange rate costing rediculously price for a 3*). Internet never worked. Works in lobby but not in room. Phone never worked. Heater never worked or was turned off at the main.

  : I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for one night, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn other travelers. It was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.The room I was assigned to was plagued with mold, which was not limited to just one area but had invaded the bathroom, the room's walls, and even the curtain. The state of hygiene was simply appalling. To make matters worse, the toilet brush in the bathroom was not only dirty but looked like it hadn't been replaced in ages. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any hotel.I cannot stress enough how important it is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a hospitality establishment, and this hotel failed miserably in this regard. I strongly advise fellow travelers to steer clear of this place and choose a more suitable and hygienic accommodation for their stay. Save yourself the disappointment and discomfort that I endured during my one-night stay here. There are far better options available in the area, and this hotel should be at the bottom of your list. Your travel experience will thank you for it!We expected some reimbursement or some way of offer for compensation but they didnt care.
