  : So, we came here only for one night. Our flight from Brussels was at 1 pm next day. Once we checked in I asked them what time does the breakfast starts. The receptionists told me 0830am. So I asked him to make me a taxi reservation for 0845 am, which would take us to train station. We came for breakfast at 0830 am next morning. They told us there's no electricity, so they won't be able to serve it. He mentioned that breakfast starts at 9am, although a day before, the receptionist told us that breakfast starts at 0830, so we made a reservation for train to Brussels at 9 am, where we had a flight to home. I told him that we got the info from his stuff member that the breakfast starts at 0830am. He told me that info is on Booking, but it is not correct. Once I asked if we will get a refund, one of the stuff members started yelling at me, told me I was rude. He even asked me what country I am coming from, threatening that he will call the police. Also, I would like to mention that the room was uncomfortable, the door lock was broken in the bathroom. While I was having a shower, I lost the water pressure. I even wouldn't mention the room failures if there wasn't this unbelievable bad behaviour from a stuff member. Because of that my rating for this hotel is 1!

  : The location and the view wer perfect.
  : The staff weren't friendly at all, hardly smiling at you or replying to concerns. The double bed wasn't comfortable at all because it was composed of two small mattresses. The given towels didn't seem to be clean.
