Disappointing
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : The location to the main Square. They were prompt to answer emails and text their employee (Elena?) was very sweet and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast looked nice and there is a honor refrigerator for drinks and such.
  : The spiral stairs were very steep and small. The third-floor attic room has no view. The skylights have no covering so you cant have a dark room for sleeping. The construction noise, well, no fault of the B&Bs was very loud. The cars driving by and the people on the street carried all the way to the third floor as the building is not soundproof at all, the attic room I stayed in appeared to be a storage area. There was Christmas decorations stored in the drawers of the dresser and a bunch of blankets and pillows were stuffed in one of the closets. The decor appeared to be thrift store looking and tired. The fresh roses in the common room were wilted. And the plastic flowers on the bed really did nothing for the ambience. The bathroom towels were thin and inadequate. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible

  : Actually, we were not staying. We made a mistake in the reservation date and wrote to the owners 3 messages. Sadly, they only answered one of them and never resolved our little issue. We wanted to cancel, to postpone or to offer the staying to someone but sadly we didn't get any help or solution.
