  : The house is very old and very poor maintained. A lot of light bulbs are not working ( outdoor too) + sockets in multiple rooms In general the house was not clean! A lot of dead flies on the ground and windows + dust. The security deposit is quite high for an old house like this. Keep in mind that the energy costs are NOT INCLUDED. So keep that in mind when you book this place. They charge on a rate chosen by them. They will use the security deposit to pay for the energy costs. So you won't get your full security deposit back Also there is a DB sound meter. If you go over the limit you will receive a fist warning. After two warnings the police will be called automatically and the accommodation is immediately terminated with loss of the deposit and rental fee
