  : Excellently located, 2 mins walk from main old town pedestrian artery; spacious room, clean; very conveniently near tram stop. Very friendly and warm staff.
  : The check-in arrangements are unconventional but as long as you are in communication with the hotel this is easily enough resolved.

  : Perfect location, you can't ask for more. The room is really comfortable, with a nice bed. Breakfast has a limited selection, but good enough for sure, they have it all ready for you, which is very nice from them.
  : To be picky, the bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower. Breakfast could add a bit of a more sweet selection.

  : The staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and responsive. Reception wasn't physically staffed all day, but in truth I found the service far more pro-active than I've experienced at hotels with 24/7 staffing. Breakfast was uncomplicated with an excellent range of options. We couldn't ask for a better location, and the room size was perfect for the length of our stay. Everything was superbly clean, and the room refreshed daily. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Sarajevo.
  : While the bed was organised as a double, it was actually two singles pushed together. We've stayed in similar beds in other hotels, and I'm not sure what was done different (maybe something to do with the height or using two smaller sheets?) but the beds seemed to move apart during the night leaving an awkward gap. They were comfy mattresses though! A few extra tea-bags in the room would be great too. There are great coffee places nearby, but it's nice to have the option to stay in the room.

  : Location was almost perfect. Just near the old town. Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Good price/performance ratio.
  : Reception hours could be a problem. Reception is open until 15:00. You have to inform your arrival time 1 hour before. If you're going to arrive at Sarajevo by car, or you can't estimate attival time exactly, it can be a trouble.
