: After I placed the order and got the confirmation number, on my way to Sarajevo, I got the calls saying that the water pipe in the room had burst.At that time, the hotel is trying so hard to do one thing and keeps urging me to cancel my order, which makes me feel very strange.At 20:30 pm ,I arrived at the Sarajevo bus station. Because I only speak Chinese and English. My phone ran out of battery and there was a problem with the internet. I was almost in desperate situation..There were no hotels, taxis or internet near the bus station.This experience was terrible

: It looked as if the location was perfect for what we needed.
: Sketchy???The host contacted me asking for an immediate deposit for the apartment. If the deposit to some bank account they gave me wasnt completed in the 30 minutes, the reservation would be cancelled. We were om the road without any banks in sight, so i texted and told them the ask was impossible. They said they will have to cancell the reservation and good luck to us. A few hours later i received an email with access codes to the apartment. When i said they cancelled my booking the host said ob no they are still awaiting our arrival. This was very confusing and very sketchy for me. We confirmed the host cancelled the reservation.

: Nice clean studio with king sized bed.It was only 5 minutes walk down the (quite steep) hill to the Old Town.
: Not easy to find without Google Maps.Very limited parking but there was a little bit of on-street parking.Someone was smoking by reception and the smell came into our room.
