  : is a nice house and 1 person of the personal was helpfull
  : the location is not the best but thats on me. the beds are not comfortable, the breakfast is regular. but the worst thing was the treatment of the owners, they were very rude, when i wanted to pay they didnt charge what i was shown in booking on the reservation, they said i have to pay more for some "taxes" wich i find wierd since they only take cash. I said i didnt understand and they just raise their voice and say "taxes taxes!" in a very rude manner so i just pay and leave. another small details, there was a lot of noise from other people very early in the morning and the description of the room in the reservation was not what i receibed.. very disapointed, i dont recommend it at all.

  : The quiet location - the B&B Villa Elena is advertised as Bed & Breakfast = so the price for the accommodation should include the breakfast... They do serve correct breakfast = delicious, but except for the eggs the rest is plastic-packed jams, butter, etc = all this for an extra price - my 40 years travel experience proved to-date that B&B means bed and breakfast are included in the price, no extra charges = at Villa Elena this is not the case
  : B&B Villa Elena is listed at 22 Kraljice Mira Street, Medugorje = which is in the center of the city, near the cathedral, next to Hotel Luna, BUT - the actual location is some 2 kms further, at end a the Bijakovici neighborhood = hard to find - we had to call the hosts to ask them to come and collect us, what they generously did

  : The owners, and all the staff are so friendly & helpful. The location is perfect Nature all around, but still close enough to reach all the key points in minutes. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.

  : It was exceptional however If there was towel for shower and if the water didnt keep running down the toilet nonetheless i managed to stop it by lifting the toilet lid. Sorted
