  : The hotel is close to the centre but it's not noisy. We were on a bike tour and they have cages at the back to lock them up in which was good. The rooms are quite small but have what you need, the bed was a little small too, I had thought it was an Austrian twin but it was more like a double bed, luckily I was travelling with a good friend.

  : Very noisy.The window was next to a pub and a street party.Staff were OK but not overly welcoming. Price was high but that was true of everywhere

  : It has a bed, a roof and a bathroom. And yet if they paid me thousands to stay here again I would NEVER DO THAT.
  : The room stank of cigarettes - air, bedlinen, everything.I was placed in room 3 on the ground floor where people on front of it smoke, have a party, laugh, shout, throw and collect bar glasses - they are all drank and loud. You feel like you are on the street, THE SHOUTING DRUNKS ARE 1 METRE AWAY FEON YOUR BED!!! It lasted from 19:55 to 4:30 am. At 5am rubbish collection trucks arrived. There was police there too around 3am.You cannot open the window for air, due to noise and smell.The room had dirty floors, broken sockets, not usable hairdryer.The receptionist whom I met and complained immediately told me she could not do anything, she smoked so she didnt mind the smell and told to call manager.I called nearly 50 times, to no response from the manager. I also called booking and launched a complaint.I was up for 24h, I did not sleep a wink. I left after 5 am when the disorderly people finally left the front of my room. It felt unsafe, unhygienic and I cried half the night.To give this place one star is too much.

  : The position was alight
  : I tried to contact them many many times to clarify logistics as I was traveling with bikes and not having many connections train. Nobody ever reply to me, yesterday luckily everything worked out fine with self check in, but I had to look for the garage for bikes because nobody was answering the phone, even though it was written "hotline or even "emergency line". horrible service really.

  : We loved the location, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower worked fine. The bars were down below but it was quiet in the room.
