  : location was excellent and was quiet and easy to find
  : the shower was poor - limited flow especially when someone else was using water - eg sink in kitchen. Boiler taps leak. the heating was hard to control - when we arrived it was 25 degrees and we tried to turn down on thermostat but had limited effect.

  : The photos looks different from what it is the property in itself . Big space and good location , those were the only 2 positive things .
  : The whole property was extremely dirty/ dust everywhere . We found spiders in all rooms We spent one whole morning cleaning the apartment . The main bedroom has no blinds and 2 big windows on the ceiling It was impossible to sleep Both bathrooms were smelly all the time . The whole property was not well equipped , no wardrobes . Pillows and covers were worn out .TV set was not working . Host didnt arrange any welcome kit such as a small bottle of water . Im an active traveler Im used to book apartments I have never been in such a bad property as this one . Photos are misleading . The price is too expensive in relation to the service provided.

  : Perfect location, spacious clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, nice balcony
  : The skylight in the master bedroom allows sunlight in at early hours of the morning, which could wake you up earlier than intended.

  : Excellent location and nice, well-maintained flat very close to the centre of Vienna with excellent transport links.
  : Flat decor starting to a little tired and could do with a freshen. Generally still very nice though.
