  : The rooms were cold at night. Of the 2 radiators, only one was working. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the corridors smelled old and musty. The hotel has not been renovated for a very long time. The floor is not stable and gives way when walking. In the second room, the bathroom window did not close. Right after our accommodation I called the number on the reception door and notified about the conditions. The employee on the other end kindly assured me that the heating and the hot water need some time and to be patient. Of course, nothing of the sort happened. In the morning, after I made a complaint, I was offered a room with a boiler where there was hot water, but I didn't want to risk another night of sleeping in the cold. With 2 rooms reserved for 3 nights, after the first night I left and booked another hotel. Naturally, I paid for the entire stay. Please don't offer this abomination of a hotel. It doesn't deserve its stars and it needs a major renovation to be in business.
