  : The apartment is in an excellent location - within walking distance of Hofburg palace, the state opera, Albertina museum and so much more. My husband and I had not been to Vienna before - so this was a really central place to stay. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed, and was a really comfortable stay. Be warned there is no air conditioning and it was quite warm (around 30 degree's in Vienna) - however, there were 2 fans provided which did the job - so was happy with that. Overall we really liked this apartment and would stay again.
  : The apartment isn't signposted (i.e. there isn't anywhere that says "HeyMi Apartments" - and whilst google maps took me to the vicinity - I'd have appreciated more signposting in the original message I received (such as it's next door to the shop called Malawan"). The second issue I had was getting into the apartment - I retrieved the keys from the key box - but then wasn't able to open the apartment door (there were 3 keys and 2 locks on the door - and it wasn't clear which key to use for which lock). After a number of attempts (and some frustration) I called the number I'd been given - and explained the situation (the guy on the other end sounded quite irritated - and told me to "try again blah blah blah"...). As it was getting dark, I just wanted to get into the apartment - so in the end - he said he'd send someone in about 40 minutes to open the door for me (still in an irritated tone). Someone did turn up - in about 30 minutes and opened the door. And all was good after that. But I wouldn't have liked to turn up to the apartment at night and not been able to open the door.

  : Location was perfect. Apartment was quite spacious and high doors and ceilings are beautiful. Lovely view of Hofsburg palace from the front windows.
  : AC could definitely been better. Limited towels provided. No detergent provided for washing machine (on this trip we stayed in Venice and Dubrovnik and this apartment did not compare as favourably on any of these points to the other places we stayed).

  : Great location. The master bedrooms view was right to Mozart statue in the Burggarten. Easy access to public transportation, supermarket just around the corner and plenty of choices for restaurants and cafes nearby. Kitchen was fully equipped, including a full-size dishwasher.
  : Access to the elevator requires you to go through a few stairs. No big deal, but just be aware.
