  : the discretion of the room and the view the site tell us overlooking a garden but was no window in the room

  : The location was good (close to main train station and Belvedere park), and the room was clean. Thats about it if I try to think really hard about the positive aspects of our stay.
  : The room had ants in the bathroom and kitchen, which got cleaned up after I called the staff. There was no staff on site to ask questions and sending emails to the staff was useless - nobody answered - you have to call them. The room itself is decent, but what is not reflected on the booking website (before you book) is that the rooms are located on the ground floor, behind a Chinese food restaurant, and in order to access them you have to walk through an enclosed hallway full of garbage dumpsters from that restaurant. There are mousetraps in that hallway and around the property, but thankfully I did not see any mice. The property is dark and dingy, and gives the impression that it is not very well maintained. The kitchen is functional but small and missing many key accessories such as a can opener; the plates and utensils were mismatched and not very clean upon arrival. The sink did not produce hot water, I had to fix it myself. The bathroom was fine, thankfully no issues there. The bed was fine, not that comfortable and the pillows were the cheapest crap imaginable and likewise not very comfortable. Overall, if I had to describe the place using a few choice words they would be: squalid, dungeon, and over-priced.

  : There was a kitchette with plenty of utensils. A smaller dining table and a spacious toilet (without windows). The host was responsive, main reason why we switched to this property at last minute.
  : It is a studio, not one-bedroom apartment. The window faces the rear of a tall building across the courtyard. No air conditioning but there is a mosquito net. The room is dark, and you have to access through an entrance with two huge garbage crates.

  : Location was excellent, near the metro and not far away from the city center on foot. Self check in was also very apprecciated. The studio was super clean and bed was very comfortable.
