  : need more dishwashing tablets, for 5 nights we only got 2, need few more rolls of toilet paper, pillows too soft and uncomfortable

  : Spacious apt. Good location.
  : Austrian Government impose a national lockdown and we were not able to get a a refund or to change the dates of our stay. Everything was closed.

  : Walking on the floor is very noisy, very uncomfortable and unpleasant noise.

  : Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from city centre and 2 minutes walk from public transports. Very spacious apartment, easy to access.

  : Location was good, close to the town centre, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Austria is such a big place with lots to see. Easy key Pad entry. The apartment was very spacious with some old features. It was very clean. Lots of space. Washing machine, Kettle, iron, hairdryer, Netflix.
  : Location Directions were not very clear. Would have been nice for a small welcome pack ie: teabags, coffee, biscuits, map etc ( washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets were provided ). No instruction manuals for any of the appliances/ heating etc. Unique apartment, but felt it was overpriced for what we paid.
