  : good place. quite close to public transport. clean and extremely helpful staff. they went above and beyond to accommodate us sooner and although it costed some additional fee, early accommodation was really helpful for us!

  : The cleanness, that it already has dishes, forks and things like that ready for you, the location, that is close to bakeries, shops and a metro station, that it had Netflix on the TV.
  : The sofa was not comfortable for sleeping, the staff, that cleans after we leave, took the earrings, that belonged to us and we had forgotten, we know 100%, that we left them on the nightshelf, but when we called an hour later after we left, to come and pick them up, the cleaning staff has told us that there was never nothing there.

  : After traveling from Italy for 9 hours, the door code did not work when we arrived. Nobody answered the management companies contact phone number, email or booking messenger for a hour. While I was on the phone with booking.com, a person finally called me back and 'remotely' reset the door code to finally allow us into the apartment. The air conditioning was warm all day and night, had to open windows. Shower leaks pretty badly, needs new caulk on seams.

  : The room was nice cozy and clean.Linens were clean and adequate utensils were provided. Bathroom were cleaned properly and storage space was okay.
  : The main door unlock did not work. Tech could not help. We had to wait for quite sometime and finally ask help from other tenants to unlock the front door.Missing basics like shampoo and bodywashes.No spare toilet roll, had to get by ourselves.

  : The location was good. However, the pictures suggested there was more of a division between the living/eating areas and sleeping area - in fact, there was just a thin curtain. Also the shower flooded over.
  : The lack of clarity in the pictures of the apartment. The apartment block was very rundown and the common areas were dirty and uncared for;. Also in the apartment itself the armchairs were quite badly stained.
