  : The apartment was much bigger then we thought, we were very pleasantly surprised. Also the location was good, close to Nashmarkt, the U4line, and restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

  : The location is excellent: close to U-bahn station Pilgramgasse and the Naschmarkt. Access to the apartment was very easy: you have a telephone number to open the front door and a key code to open the door of the apartment. The apartment is really beautiful ! Very spacious, lots of light, well equipped (airco, exterior lamellae to keep out the sunlight, two kinds of coffee machines - filter and Nespresso cups among other things) and tastefully decorated !!! The walls are really nice !!! The apartment is on the fourth floor but there is a small lift. There is a Spar supermarket nearby and the parking garage Mittersteig at short walking distance. Parking in the street during the weekend is free/available. On working days it is more difficult to find parking space. You can buy a 'Parkschein' at the underground station (vending machine). But you cannot park there all day (only two hours, I believe). Even when you are 8 people, you will still have enough room (esp. when you have children). No direct contact with the owner. An agency (Guest24 Apartments) sends you clear and accurate mails.
  : There are two defects in the apartment : the shower in the bathroom with the toilet does not drain well. The exterior lamellae of the big window in master bedroom do not close anymore. So in the morning there is a lot of light.
