  : Nice apartment, very clean. So close to the city center. We had a great time in Vienna. I liked the apartment with big ceilings and on quiet street.The host answer very fast in the chat. Easy access to the apartment and easy check in.
  : Not enough blankets( only one thin blanket per person). Its not enough during the autumn, because outside the weather is nice like 20-26 degrees, but inside the apartment is cold.No heating during the autumn. The biggest problem is that the hot water in the bathroom is not hot at all. At first 30 seconds is hot and after that is just warm water and you are just freezing because there is no heating in the apartment. The pillows were thin and not comfortable.

  : Very handy for public transport to get around the rest of the city. Apartment was clean and nice to have space rather than a hotel room.Communication from owners was great.

  : The position.
  : I booked this accommodation for 2 nights for my parents who were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. On the second day my father was not felling good, they called the emergency and they both went to the hospital. They stayed there for 2 days. On the check out day, before check out time I called the property to warn them of the situation. The only favor I asked for was to be able to pickup their luggage later during the day (bags were ready). They kept saying that the bags had to be taken by the check out time. (For my parents it was impossible, and I was reaching them in the evening). I was called by many different people from the staff who spoke very bad English. After hours and hours they agreed to store the luggage in their warehouse in the same building. When my mother went to pick them up she waited over an hour for someone to come and open the door. The bags were practically thrown in a closet (but, never mind). She explained again to the staff the seriousness of the situation. Not only they didn't want to listen but they even asked for 30 for the service!!! A non-existent and bad service. What a shame! My father passed away the next day. The only thing I could say is that none of the staff is a human beings. I'm a host for more than 10 years, their profession is my profession too. The humanity does not exist in this place.
