: Facilities are excelent, good sized swimming pool and various sauna are quite nice after skiing whole day. Hospitality is also good, we had relaxed time thanks to kind staff of the hotel and restanrant.
: It will be good if the aprtment and hotel (pool and sauna) are connected through indoor. It is bit cold when we access to the pool and sauna from outside. May be difficult but worth considering for future investment...

: We chose the self catering units as we have vegan family members who would not benefit from half board. This hotel is in a good position for lifts and village centre. The welcome was warm and we were allowed to store baggage before checking in. The spa facilities look pleasant but we were not able to use them due to my injury. The sun terrace on the hotel is a lovely facility.
: The self catering block (dependence) is a short walk from the hotel so we were less able use the facilities and would need to carry swimwear, robes etc outside. The apartments are comfortable but fairly basic, and we had no balcony - we knew this before we booked. There is no housekeeping through the week and limited cleaning equipment available- it would have been good to have a towel change and at least a quick sweep round mid week. I had a nasty injury on the 3rd day of the holiday - we were brought extra pillows for my leg on request but offered no other help or support. I would not blame the lovely staff for this but despite the high cost I didnt feel that we were true hotel guests in the apartments
