  : The rooms are quite big and the view is nice, nothing extraordinary though in both cases
  : The service is extremely poor with no attention to detail and a funny cultural peculiarity of always, I repeat always, addressing and serving men first. Last time I checked this hotel claiming to be a 5 star is located in Europe, we live in the 21st century and good manners of hospitality business include serving food and beverages to women first. The quality of food is also quite questionable. It is not bad but could be much better considering the price and the 5-star claims. The bar tenders are hit and miss. One is friendly and quite knowledgeable. The other knows only the very basics and completely disregards what his clients ask for.Plumbing could be checked too - our toilet had an odd smell and bathroom floor was flooded after every shower we took.All in all what you get there is a 3 star post-socialism service at a regular 5-star price point. Perhaps having over 80% of staff from Hungary and without proper training pays a tribute to this.

  : Very polite and helpful staff, good location, relaxing wellness area.
  : If you want a five-star experience, you are not looking for this hotel. This hotel would be more like a very strong three stars. The breakfast was plentiful, the so-called light lunch, I would rather say weak, the dinner was excellent, but the quality of the food did not reach five stars. I would like to highlight the staff, they were very polite and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the mold at the bottom of the windows didn't show so well. The equipment, the furniture, the floor are old. The wellness department was fine.

  : We love the breakfast, lunch and dinner! The rooms are nice and big. The location is gorgeous, we went on a few beautiful runs. The pools and the spa area is beautiful and very comfortable!
  : Our stay was absolutely amazing, but if we could improve a few things this is what they would be:We missed a cold pool, for a dip after the sauna. The beds in the hotelroom are a bit hard. And lastly we missed strawberries at breakfast (also the croissants could be higher quality).
