  : Pool was nice,Sauna also.
  : Guys really,i payed 76 Eur per night for a single room.S i did not expect much.But if i have to pay more for room ,at this hotel there is no chance i will book it.Overall staff was smilling but not really.Code word dont bother us.Beds not good at all.Breakfast basic nothing like real juices or at least ketchup and mustard could be on the table..so for somebody who dont care about hotel and just want to sleep and go out exploring its maybe ok.But i have seen a lot better hotels in Austria.This hotel is below average.So for me no return.

  : Breakfast and was great with a good selection.Dinner was ok. Choice of 3 and while the quality was good, there was no fish options (3nights) and the vegetarian options lacked imagination. I am not vegetarian but I didn't want the meat that was offered (beef/pork).
  : Restuarant opening times are too restrictive. I wish I did not get half board now, as its a pain to tailor your entire day around 6:30-8pm, only a 1.5hr window. There is absolutely no chance of getting something to eat, even a sandwich after 8pm. The location means you need to travel into town (25-30min walk) and if you have no car, its a pain.Breakfast is also a window of only 1.5hrs and does not open until 8am. although staff were kind enough to let me in earlier, it should be open a little earlier to allow people to eat and go out and enjoy the days activities.

  : Everything ! Dinners and breakfast were amazing delicious. Spa area with the sauna and pool also very enjoyable. From the hotel there is only 5 min walk to the bus station that can take us directly under the lift to Dachstein. During our stay, in our price was included the summer card wich allowed us to travel for free with the bus and the lifts. General, Great experience

  : We were stunned by a serious security issue we discovered accidentally. When shared it with the receptionist, she said the procedure is normal (definitely not), and accused us of malicious intent. Mistakes are one thing, the approach to security is another, but the way we were responded is completely unacceptable. I talked to the manager, she was professional and promised to investigate. This does not change the fact that we had a very bad experience and would never consider visiting again.

  : Served dinner is in quite in slow pace. Some dinners took more than hour (not always preferrable).
