  : Very good location - walking distance to Planai, enough space rooms, big bathroom, car park, relatively fresh furniture. Fast and nice welcome procedure.
  : bit noisy in the morning (shop delivery, church), DIRTY - smelly fridge, tons of dust under beds, sticky coffee machine, Blind bedrooms (internal windows like in the office). I rent different locations in Schladming and this is not optimal price/value. One bathroom/one key for 6 people.

  : The apartment is in a great location between the two gondola stations in the town and has good food and drink options within walking distance. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are small but have good storage.
  : The apartment was not ready for us when we arrived, despite us advising our arrival time, nor was it ready by 3pm, which is the stated check-in time. When we went back at an agreed later time to get the key it was still not available and we were told someone had it with them in their car, which was somewhat irritating. As to the apartment itself, the layout is somewhat odd - neither of the bedrooms have external windows, but rather windows into the kitchen and living room, which posed a bit of a privacy issue as a mixed group. It would have been useful to have curtains or blinds on them. The bathroom, while a good size, had a couple of issues. The sink was very slow-draining, which is unpleasant and the extractor fan was pretty useless - a real issue when there is no window in the room. The shower screen was also ineffective which meant the floor got soaked whenever the shower was used.
