: As a conventional 4-star hotel it performs well; room was spacious and well kitted out. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was adequate apart from a noisy juicing machine which should be removed. Caf/dining facilities were competitive.
: In its wisdom the management have opened an American Bar/Disco which plays loud tuneless deep bass disco music until 2 a.m. The clientele is not the middle-aged middle-class clientele of the hotel but a younger edgy semi-feral group of punters. This makes life intolerable for guests; from older people through to younger couples with children as the music pounds through the hotel keeping everyone awake. We will not be going back there until this changes.

: We had a back room on the first floor is was nice and quiet. Room was modern, bed was comfortable. The location is in the center of everything.
: The carpets in the lobby were very dirty The shower was laid out funny no place to hang towel when you get out of the shower wet and no place to really put a shower mat when you open the door.
