  : Completely overpriced at more than 210 for a single room not even facing the lake. Lake access is available but you have to walk 10 min.

  : The breakfast was very good. A great range of pastries, jams, ham, cheese, fruit and cereal. The coffee machine was good too. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff very friendly and thorough. The reception staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the lakes and St Wolfgang. We particularly enjoyed the ebikes that we rented from reception at a good rate.
  : The hotel has 4 stars on booking.com, those 4 stars are everywhere in the hotel and are part of the hotel logo. We are well travelled and this not a 4 star hotel! The decor in the hotel is rustic and traditional, that in itself is not a problem however it so old. It is clear there has not been a major refurbishment in the hotel for many, many years. It feels stuck in the 60/70s! The carpet on the stairs is threadbare. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms very old, the beds are comfy though. The curtains are awful, very thin and 70s design! We had 2 rooms both were the same. The hotel does not have a bar. It has staff that will happily bring you a beer/cocktail but, in the evening, there are only 5 clusters of seating, so only 5 rooms can sit down and have a drink or play cards. There is another seating area but in the evening it is so dark in there you could not play a board game or cards. The staff close the bar at 10pm, this means the hotel has absolutely no atmosphere. There is nowhere other than your room to go, so when you have a bad weather day, which we did, you have to leave the hotel and find something else to do. As a family of 4, with 2 young adults, this was very disappointing and we did not feel it was value for money at almost 300 euro per room!

  : The hotel is situated near small mountain stream with nice view on the Mountains. The hotel is quite close to resort centre with a lot of restaurants and cafes. Room and premises were very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. The beach is quite big and well equipped.
  : The hotel is very good and as described above it has many advantages, but it is important to outline that this hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in the area. And for that money you will not have bottle of water in your room , or a kettle. Breakfast is always made of good quality products but it is always the same, no choice of hot dish, so if you stay more than three days you may start hating scrambled eggs in the end. Beach is also quite far so if you do not enjoy walking up and down every day - this may be a problem as well.But in general the place is very nice.

  : The hotel presents itself as a four-star hotel but after entering and looking around you will find that it is a designer hell. A collection of everything that doesn't fit together, materials that can be found. The back of the hotel is a mess, and there's a beautiful mountain stream full of water flowing by. Parking on the street and the rooms are such that to think that this is a hotel of any standard is really nonsense. Someone here praises the staff and the breakfast. so the food selection is like stocking up on Lidl with Spanish tomatoes , virtually no regional specialties and fruit. For a lot of money you get low cost. And finally a big pig as a cashier for the staff opposite the counter which is called reception !

  : Location is good for trips, to center, to Schafenbergbahn.
  : The most arrogant reception manager I have ever experienced. Breakfast and rooms at the two-star level.The beach is about 1 km away and is very small, lack of space for all guests.

  : Good location. Handy to the village and local transport.Breakfast selection was good.Staff were friendly.
  : No English speaking tv channels when the card in the room clearly indicates, 3 channels available.A portable air conditioner, where the outlet pipe needs to be placed outside is not appropriate. Leaving the outside door open during the night not only allowed mosquitoes in, but also compromised our safety.No views.
