: The hotel is well placed for the Kohlmais lift and only 6 or 7 minutes to the other two. It has great views over Saalbach. Staff are friendly and very efficient. The food is fantastic, both breakfast and evening meals. Presentation of the food receives top marks too.
: Nothing. Apart from decaffeinated tea and coffee not been available. We took our own anyway.

: Location could not be better and food was very good at this hotel. Better than most other 4 star hotels.
: Receptions could be more detailed. We booked a taxi to Zell and gave the address - receptions didn't however give any address to the driver and there was some confusion when we got to Zell.
