  : Perfect location and we loved the parking right in front of the hotel.
  : Old style and the room had no AC, which was very inconvenient on the hot humid summer night we stayed.

  : Couldnt borrow a kettle from reception, check in staff didnt mention about you have to go side door after 10pm. Breakfast was valued for the price but food wasnt so fresh. The fan in toilet was noisy but not really doing it job

  : The decoration and overall presentation is excellent and the breakfast was equally excellent
  : If I was stopping in Innsbruck for several days Im not to sure I would like the locationThe hotel deserves a better location .The real annoyance I received emails asking me to book a table for evening meal but we were not sure of our arrival time.As it was we arrived at 6pm so we asked reception to book a table.We were told there was no evening dinner service which was very annoying and for this reason I asked for a reduction in our bill. They didnt .There was no bar where we could sit and have a drink and there was no drinks in the room.The air conditioning in the double room was useless although the air condition in the single room our son stayed in was excellent.So not worth the 250 for the 1xsingle and 1xdouble although very nice They did have drink/snack machines you could buy cold drinks and snacksSuggest free drink tea and coffee in rooms and be very clear to customers in advance of arrival if there is no dinner service

  : Bedroom and bathroom weee great. Location was good too. Right beside the station so no time waiting from transport. All good.
  : Hot Breakfast choice was limited. Just egg and bacon.
