  : Weve enjoyed our romantic get-away and found the perfect place in these Chalets. Sauna and Pool was nearby - so we had a restful time in a stunning location.

  : Really nice stay in the Alps, the chalets are really comfortable, the breakfast was really nice and it is delivered directly to your chalet. Great restaurant within the camping ground. All in all was a really pleasant stay.

  : Facilities and grounds were amazing. The chalet was new, clean, and beautiful. Dinner was great. The pools are incredible. One of the nicest campgrounds I have ever been to.
  : The Himmelchalet room was VERY uncomfortable - hot, poor air flow, was advertised as having double beds, but only a sofa sleeper and bunks. The sofa sleeper was unbearably comfortable. We called and inquired about double beds and were told there were 2, but there weren't.

  : Great breakfast, delivered to the room. Stuning view, super restaurant, friendly staff. Everything was perfect apart from the comment below, nevertheless, still a 10 since this in complaining on a very high level.
  : We personally found the pillows a bit to hard, we slept without. One hard and one soft option would be great. That was the only thing which did not fulfill our expectations, everything else was just awesome.

  : The overall construction and thought put into the place is wonderful. The pool is heated and nice no matter the weather. The sauna rooms above the pool and the chilling areas underneath the pool are fantastic. Wishing we had had time to take advantage of those. Breakfast can be catered to your needs. My girlfriend is vegetarian and so we needed to make some changes, which were no issue at all. The breakfast baskets are also brought directly to your chalet. Was great to get up in the morning, put the included robes on, and just open the door and pick up the breakfast.
  : The only real thing that was disappointing was the internet. The utilize Unifi access points which are great and provide great wireless. However, the overall internet speed made loading regular Google pages (without images) take a very long time. If you wanted to send a video on someone via WhatsApp (maybe a 3min video) that would take a very long time (like 30-40min) if no one else in your apartment is using internet. The wireless signal was good, making me think we were connected to your Chalet's specific access point. But not sure what was going on there. The speed would definitely need to be fixed to even be usable.

  : The Staff was wierdly unfriendly and rude. We booked a Chalet and our friends came with the trailer. When we arrived they told us that our friends are not allowed to visit us in the Chalet, which i really didnt understand why. For the money we payed i think the staff could have been friendlier and more understanding. I later saw this in the house rules but like I said, if the camping site is charging 4-star hotel-like fees they shouldnt treat guests like high-school teenagers in summer camp. Also the free wifi was very crappy and we had to pay a fee to increase our bandwidth.

  : The location is perfect for hikes, very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The wellness area is very well done, it was so relaxing and clean. The service is top notch, we didnt have hot water for two days in our lodge and they gave us a voucher for their restaurant, which was a nice compensation.
  : The indoor pool was too small and cold, and the lounge chairs in the pool area were worn out. Also, the changing area was too small and cramped.
