: 1. Spacious room2. Perfect mointain view3. Nice lobby with bar and restaurant 4. Everything seems to be locally sourced and organic5. Nice breakfast
: 1. Not all facilities listed on booking as "free of charge" are really free. Forget about free manicure, body treatments, beauty services and foot bath.2. The staff at the reception is super pushy and insist on you to take a dinner at their restaurant or book an appointment for the beauty treatments. This is an extremely intimidating experience if you don't really want to use it.3. This is not a place that has a "customer-first" approach. I ordered a beauty treatment because I thought it's for free but when I learned it's not, I have it canceled. I was still charged 20 eur for the cancelation fee. Discussions with the staff took me the whole day, I had to contact booking.com support and as I write this review this issue is still unresolved. Extremely disappointing and spoiled our whole stay.4. I decided to try the restaurant during one evening. I brought my chledren along. I was asked if I want to oder a dinner for them as well. I refused because the menu does not contain any items suitable for kids and there is no special price for children. It doesn't make any sense for kids to have a 4 course dinner! Still, my refusal was met with a raised eyebrow.5. The staff is nice and polite as long as there is no problem. In case there is a problem to resolve they don't follow the "customer is always right" principle and start blaming customers.6. Although I ordered a dinner at a single evening only, my total bill included dinner for two days. The staff insisted I actually had two dinners, which was not true. I suggest to carefully check all the bills issued by the reception.7. Our room had a problem with heating which was never resolved. Despite our requests the main rediator was off.8. Minor: there are no kettle or cups in the room. I asked for one and got it but this is not included by default.
