  : This is a hotel in the "luxury category". When we arrived the bellboy offered us help and took only our small rucksack to carry and we carried our 2 big luggages ourselves. While we were leaving instead of helping us with the luggages he stood there and talked to us about "cars" while we were carrying our own bags. Fresh orange juice, eggs, omelet etc. are extra charged although it is a 5 star hotel. You may expect from a hotel which is in the category of small luxury hotels of the world, a mini chocolate bar on your bed as a good night treat when they come to prepare your bed but unfortunately not. Only water in your room no other drinks or fruits. Everywhere including the Spa area fake fireplaces. Partially plastic decorations. One of the staff told us that they have fake fireplaces because the real ones need more work. Ventilation of the restaurant wasn't good, the smell of fried fat covered the first floor. No reception. Spa not before15:00 pm. As welcome we got rebuked from the staff (literally) and got tea which was cold. Although they have already charged the price of the room, as we have arrived they charged a deposit from our credit card. Manager lady's attitude repellant. Some of the staff's attitude was passive aggresive, disturbing, fake friendly and imperative (we were told again and again to have a seat in a commanding tone although we didn't want to, just because after a long drive we couldn't sit any further). Some of the staff aren't adequate educated, without distance and not suitable for customer contact. Not possible to avoid the contact because it is a small hotel with a few employees. Some of them don't know where or when to stop when you are in touch with them talking to them. Do not forget to ask if you have to pay additional charge, in case they kindly offer you any service.

  : The house is still extremely nice decorated , very gemtlich atmosphere. We were here more times and always enjoyed it very much.
  : The new dining concept - it used to be a fine dining place, now it is a fast food place, where you eat in the lobby. Breakfast was really poor, with the new concept of the hotel really disappointing, far away from the level you would expect for a luxury hotel . Every single egg you have to pay additionally, have never seen something like that.
