  : Check in process was not working as expected, I received the wrong code and had to call them to get the right one. Code to my room door was only working once every 2 or 3 times, I had to try again and again.Noise level was uncomfortable, both from outside and from corridors.

  : Noisy inconsiderate restaurant next door, using garden for " fevertree" drinks promotion. Very noisy until 2am!!!

  : The only thing I like is the location. Everything else does not worth the money.
  : I have to say that I was really disappointed with the room we had. First the window has no curtain - only a blackout-. It wouldn’t have been a problem but if I roll up the blackout whoever passes the coridor can clearly see us. So, we are stayed in a dark room with light on during the day. Other thing is that from this window I can see only walls and the floor part is has a lot of dirt. Also, the walls totally need some painting! Than, since 7 am there is a lot of noice - I don’t know if they are cleaning or what but it is not possible at 7 am! The photos of the room I saw when I booked your place has nothing to do with reality. I’m really disappointed. Also, the room has a smell of humidity and mold which is really annoying. I must say that I sent a message to the person in charge and a lady called me an offered to change my room but I was out visiting the city at that time. She proposed to give us a free breakfast at the hotel nearby but again we did not go cause we had our train early in the morning. Anyway, the hotel is old and in the photos the rooms look small but fancy and in reality they are not. I would not book again!
