  : Room was spotless clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. The location is great when you travel with a dog as we did. Easy check-in (door code was sent with other instructions). As we stayed there out of season, the place was very quiet. Room was warm enough (beginning of March). Even if beds felt to be too soft, we slept well. Very short way to the tram stop and short time to go to the center.
  : All written instructions only in German language (comunication with the owner via booking chat was possible in English though). We really missed possibility to have a cup of tea or coffee during afteroons/evenings, there was no staff at the place and restaurant was not open during our stay (only in the morning when we were leaving and only until 8:30). Electric kettle in the room would make a big difference to the comfort, at least for us ;-)
